I know this is a huge image. Shush or I'll cry.
Seriously, I've been seeing horses swimming before my eyes for a week now! So this makes it the first of the series of detailed animal tutorials I had promised. Enjoy, but do not copy or paste any part of it in another tutorial or image!! This has been done on dA before and I was NOT happy. Thanks for respecting this and letting me know if you run into someone who used parts of my tutorials.
ADDED NOTE: Please do not point out to me that I have left out the trot or a certain breed. As written in the tutorial, the omissions were deliberate and are explained, and I will not take kindly to someone presuming to correct me before bothering to read.

Some of the things you said about the way horses express their emotions may even wind up showing up in a story someday (indirectly of course, I wouldn't plagiarize!). I've never dealt with horses in my life, so that'll help me to sound less like an idiot.
