This and the rest of the human tutorials in a book: [link]
Full tutorial list: [link]
This isn't meant to stand on its own: it is an addendum to my Guide to Human Types. While working on part 2, which deals with Caucasians and therefore with a much bigger variety of facial features, I found myself forced to make these charts for myself. I turned them into an addendum when I realised that much of the information in the Guide felt incomplete as long as I didn't expand on it – an expansion for which there was no room within the guide itself. So this is a reference for the reference as far as facial features and colours are concerned.
WARNING: Please do NOT tell me "you forgot this or that colour". This is not the point. I'm not making a complete list of all the possible colour combinations for hair and eyes. These are diagrams explaining the occurence and distribution of the basic hues in the context of the guide mentioned above. Understand that or you will be ed.
man you should have a Medal of Honour for doing this little study series

you forgot rainbow eyes! XD actually i am serious, my friend has rainbow eyes, with blue greens and violets. Boy friend I have has a red random slash in his greenishy blue eyes ^^
uhm.. are you sure, that albino have realy red eyes? .. this is i think an urban legend.
i read an explanation that it's all because of the flashlight on a photograph .. like other pple also get ...
albinism is marked by just very pale colours .. hair would be white to blonde and eye would be blue ... i don't know ....
Just two comments... Grey hair? I need to do some research as well, but you do get people with different grey (from white to silver), maybe that's related to the original hair colour.
And second... All the mixes between green, yellowish and brown get into Hazel? That can vary quite a lot, some of those mixes are clearer than the one you've depicted as amber (and thus look "light") while others are really dark...
Anyway, this is amazing. Thanks. I'm really looking forward to the final version...
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
