This was so painless to make in comparison to the previous pages :lmao: Details I really like: the free-for-all in class (the guys are so going to know what inspired this), the lit windows, and that hill! Beirut is not just hilly, it's wedged between the sea and the mountain, so this is what our horizon looks like by night.

"Shu heyda" = "What's this??"

Enter another friend of mine who's been waiting for his scheduled appearance for months...

Cool page! I'm guessing the guy she hides from isn't the monster?

Looking at this, I was reminded of my short-lived Tae Kwan Do classes. The first teacher had issues. Push-ups were also his punishment of choice. (:

I miss Lebanon again. ): Nice touch with the broken column. :)

Love the illuminated mountain in the back. Sigh... it's a very tranquil, atmospherically-lit, relaxing picture. Too bad the scenery's going to GET BLOWN TO SMITHEREENS... Muhahahahaaa!

Ahem. Sorry about that.

I take it the guy won't turn out to be Da Monsta. He looks rather well-dressed.

XDD The free-for-all is great. It makes me laugh. I also really like Malaak's hair in the second panel. ^^

Painless, eh? I would have DIED trying to make those cars and the building's facade. Beirut sounds like a very dramatically visual place. I love that you're showing us your city through this comic!
